Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We offer returns and exchanges on specific products. Returns may not permitted for specific products and these are mentioned in the product description.

Our standard returns window is 24 hours of your purchase for non-perishable products and 4 hours for perishable products. Some products have a different time window and these are mentioned in the product description. Your must return the item within the specified time window.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Please retain all tags and labels as they were received by you for the return to be valid.

The amount of refund is added back to your Daisika account with in 5 - 7 working days and may be used for further purchases.
Shipping and Handling
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
